It's a spacious table, perfect for playing any board game; comfortable and stylish. I highly recommend this store for their excellent customer service throughout the entire process, from pre-purchase to post-purchase. They pay attention to every detail, from preparation to packaging. Completely recommended for gamers. The table I received is a work of art. You can see the care and attention that went into making it, and in that respect, they truly deserve a 10. It's a shame about the shipping company, which doesn't do them justice and turns the delivery into a complete nightmare. Seven days after the table was shipped, the shipping company told me it would be delivered between 3 and 6 pm. At 7:30 pm, they called me and said they wouldn't be delivering it and didn't know when they would, as they had many packages and others were ahead of mine. I supposedly paid for shipping, and it seems like they're doing me a favor. I looked up the shipping company online and found it full of bad reviews, with people who haven't received their packages for weeks. After complaining and getting angry with gaming tables, without any news about the table, and after 11 days, they finally delivered it (thanks to Paqui's efforts). However, as a final touch, they unloaded everything on the street, reminded me that the delivery was curbside, and left. Other companies that deliver curbside (and I've had several deliveries of bulky packages) have the courtesy to at least help you get it through the front door and onto a landing or something similar, but this company didn't even do that. They acted as if they were doing me a favor or that it was a free delivery when, I repeat, I paid for the transport. A bittersweet experience for a great final product like the table.
