A gaming table is a significant investment with many customization options. Before production begins, we carefully review every detail with you to ensure the final result is exactly as you expect.
Our goal is to define every aspect of your order from the outset, avoiding misunderstandings and ensuring a smooth manufacturing process.
No. Every table is custom-made for each customer and, in many cases, manufactured to bespoke dimensions. For this reason, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless the product has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty.
Payment is made by bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation to confirm your order, with the remaining 50% payable once your table has been completed and is ready to leave our workshop.
No. Unfortunately, we are only able to offer financing within Spain.
We offer 6, 12, or 18-month interest-free financing, with Mesas para Juegos covering the interest costs. The customer only needs to pay an opening fee, equivalent to 5% of the financed amount.
The financing is provided through Unicaja, and the documentation must be signed at one of its branches.
We want purchasing one of our gaming tables to be as easy and accessible as possible. Whenever possible, we can discuss splitting the payment into additional instalments to better suit your needs.
In addition to financing through Unicaja, we can also consider spreading the payment over a greater number of instalments when necessary.
If you're looking for a more affordable option, we offer models at different price points and occasionally have ex-display or discontinued tables available for immediate delivery.
We do not offer discounts on new, made-to-order tables. Our prices are carefully calculated throughout the year to provide the best possible balance between quality and value, leaving no margin for temporary promotions.

No. Production lead times depend on the model you choose and our manufacturing schedule, so they cannot be reduced by paying an additional fee.
However, if you need your table by a specific date, such as for a birthday, wedding or anniversary, and our production schedule allows it, we will do everything possible to prioritise your order. Simply let us know when requesting your quotation.
Our standard delivery service is kerbside delivery.
If you require delivery inside your home, please contact us to check availability and we will provide you with a personalised quotation.
Assembly is not included, but it is quick and straightforward and can be completed by the customer in just a few minutes. You only need to attach the legs and, if your model includes it, install the pull-out drawer for storing the table tops.
Before delivery, we will send you clear assembly instructions and video guides to make the process as simple as possible.
Yes. If you prefer, we can hand your table over to a transport company of your choice, provided the shipment is arranged by you. In this case, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may occur during transit.
You are also welcome to collect your table directly from our workshop during your holidays in Spain, provided you have a suitable vehicle for transporting it.
No. Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order, taking into account the weight, the shipment volume and the delivery destination.

Shipping costs mainly depend on the delivery destination and the size of the shipment. For this reason, the shipping cost will always be clearly detailed in the quotation we provide.

Our gaming tables are crafted from high-quality solid pine or solid oak. We only use natural wood-veneered MDF in components where it offers superior technical performance and greater dimensional stability, such as the table tops and the base of the playing area.
The main difference between the two woods is their hardness.
Oak is considerably more resistant to knocks, scratches and the wear associated with everyday use. Pine, on the other hand, is a softer wood and therefore requires a little more care to maintain its appearance over time.
This difference is purely aesthetic, as all of our tables are structurally engineered to last a lifetime, regardless of the wood selected.
Whenever possible, we recommend choosing solid oak, particularly if the table will be used frequently or in homes with children or pets. Our hybrid construction is also an excellent option for those looking to reduce the overall cost without compromising on build quality.
Yes. You can choose two different colours for your table at no extra cost, provided both are selected from our standard colour range.
If you would like a bespoke colour that is not included in our catalogue, we will be happy to prepare a personalised quotation.
In terms of quality, performance and protective treatments, both collections offer very similar characteristics. The main differences lie in their appearance and texture.
Some colours are exclusive to one collection, allowing us to offer a wider range of customisation options.
Marina has a subtle textured finish, while Daytona features a completely uniform colour. Marina is also slightly thicker, softer and has a more velvety feel.
Based on our experience, we recommend choosing Marina for at least one side of the reversible rigid base. For the reversible roll-up playing mat, we recommend Marina on both sides, as its greater thickness helps minimise wrinkles and gives the mat a more substantial feel.
Yes. If you require a completely bespoke colour, simply let us know when placing your order.
We will prepare a personalised quotation, as colour matching requires a dedicated finishing process. To achieve the best result, we will need a physical sample of the desired colour. We will produce several test finishes and send you samples so you can approve the closest match before production begins.
We currently offer two LED lighting systems. However, the system used depends on the table model and cannot be selected independently.
Most of our tables feature our premium continuous-effect LED lighting. However, the Hera, Hera Pro and Persephone models, due to their slimmer frame design, use a flexible LED strip with a diffuser, resulting in a different appearance and a lighting effect that is not completely continuous.
Most of our gaming tables feature a push-release mechanism that, when pressed, slightly lifts one end of the first table top, allowing it to be removed easily by hand. Once the first top has been removed, the remaining tops can be lifted without difficulty.
Models whose table tops rest on top of the frame do not include this system.
Our magnetic spill protection system consists of magnets integrated into the edges of the table tops, allowing them to attract each other and achieve a much tighter fit.
This significantly reduces the amount of liquid that can enter the playing area in the event of a spill, while also improving the stability and rigidity of the table tops.
It is important to note that this system does not make the table completely watertight. Its purpose is to delay the passage of liquid into the playing area, giving you enough time to wipe up the spill before it can seep through.
If liquid remains on the table tops for an extended period or the spill goes unnoticed, it will eventually seep inside, particularly through the joints between the table tops and the frame.
For these reasons, we highly recommend our magnetic spill protection system. In addition to providing excellent protection against everyday accidents, it also improves the fit, stability and durability of the table tops.
The LED lighting is powered by an external power supply connected to one of the power sockets located on the outside of the table. By default, these sockets are positioned on one of the long sides of the table.
If you would like the connections to be located in a specific position, simply let us know when placing your order.
It is also possible to conceal the connections inside the accessory rail for a cleaner appearance. Although this creates a more discreet installation, it also makes access to the connections slightly less convenient. This option is not available for all models.

Our hybrid gaming tables combine two different types of wood: solid oak for the frame and table tops, and solid pine for the rest of the structure.
This allows us to reinforce the areas subject to the greatest wear with a harder, more durable wood while keeping the overall price lower than that of a table made entirely from solid oak.
We recommend finishing each wood in a different colour, as pine and oak absorb stains differently and will never achieve exactly the same shade. We normally use one colour from our oak finish collection and another from our pine finish collection, creating a highly attractive contrast.
Yes. Most of our models can be manufactured with custom lengths, widths and even heights, allowing the table to fit your available space and specific requirements.
Each modification is assessed individually and requires a bespoke quotation.
